Speech from the Throne, Feb. 2, 2004. The huge Canadian Duality Flag was present for the review of the Canadian Military by the Governor General Adrienne Clarkson. The flag became a backdrop for the ceremony and was seen nationally on CBC-TV. MP Peter Goldring (on right) of the Canadian Alliance took the photo near twilight for The Alliance Newsletter. This photo was included in the Nava News article found on our home page.

St. Patrick's Day Parade March 14, 2004. Preparations for the parade. The huge Canadian Duality Flag which is supported on 16 ft. poles is missing from the photo. The bus carried 4 flags on top and our banner. Six flags marched longside. Cheers from the crowd of over 350,000 rang out as we marched by. Preparations for the 182nd. St. Patrick's Parade with the No. 5 honouring the great Boom-Boom Geoffrion who passed away one week before the March 19, 2006 parade. One flag was sent to the Geoffrion family in Atlanta before his funeral March 23rd.. Special thanks to Canadiens' GM Bob Gainey for arranging it.
Préparations pour la parade de St. Patrick le 19 mars 2006, le No. 5 honorant le grand Boom-Boom Geoffrion qui est décedé une semaine avant la parade. Un drapeau a été envoyé à la famille Geoffrion à Atlanta avant ses funérailles. Un grand merci au gérant des Canadiens Bob Gainey qui s'en est occupé.

The Canadian Duality Flag on Parliament Hill for the Speech from the Throne presided over by Governor General Michaelle Jean. Anti-war protestors are in the background while the renowned Van-Doos regiment formed the guard.
